2016 Le Chanceux Rose

Our Rosé is made in the Saignée method, by “bleeding” juice from our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon in tanks prior to fermentation. The juice is light in color due to its minimal skin contact, then inoculated and fermented to dryness in stainless steel. A crisp, fragrant Rosé with notes of Strawberry, Rose and Hibiscus with a dry finish and balanced acidity on the palate.
